Pre-Show Preparation & Weekend

PRE-SHOW PREPARATION

Tuesday 

Preliminary Measuring & Marking    

Pick up rosettes 

Wednesday 

Complete marking rings 2 or 3 members

Erect netting (equipment group + others available)

Erect Marquees.Tents (equpment group + others available            

Put all equipment in rings and complete admin/camping areas  (Any members that are available) 

ANYONE AVAILABLE TO HELP FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE LET US KNOW ASAP

WEEKEND

Both days racing begins at 8.15 am prompt. Check the team list and for your team’s racing please make sure you arrive around 1 hr before you are due to start.

We really need ALL members to be available each day to help with the various jobs required – if not racing at an earlier time please try to be there by 9 am latest and until racing has finished, about 5.00pm. A rota will be placed on the website early this week  

AFTER SUNDAY’S RACING

We need all the equipment to be dismantled and placed together in piles so once presentations are over they can be transported back in a trailer to the container. Not only do we need plenty of members on the field to help dismantle tents/marquees, other equipment, clear up rubbish etc but also need 4 or 5 MEMBERS to help Howard to empty the trailer for Geoff to store in the container. That way we can all be home that much sooner!

RAFFLE

We organise a raffle (for Dog Charities) so welcome prizes!

2018 raffles were organised by Evie (10 years old) and raised closed to £1000.00 that was split between Erin Hounds, Therapy Dogs Nationwide and Dogs Trust.
